We all like to share and accept positive feelings like love, appreciation, gratitude, delight…. But what about the stress?…
Stress occures in our life, leaving us with sad, scared or mad feelings. We shouldn’t hold it inside of our souls and thoughts.
We have to get better at expressing emotions, that can be good for us.
But if you are used to holding them in that could be easier said than done.
Emotional intelligence is a skill and some people are better at expressing and recognising emotions than others. Like other skills, the ability to recognize and express feelings can be strengthened trough practice.
Not everyone finds expressing their feelings easy or having it come naturally. You have to change that behavior. Saying how you feel is something you can learn how to do.
But you shouldn’t act expressing your feelings. Be honest to yourselves and to the others. Don’t hold your emotions inside of you. It’s unhealthy and it can cause a lot of serious health issues, so start from now with expressing your feelings.
The most difficult is to start. So try with “I feel…” in the beginning with simple emotions like: “I feel good, bad, sad… about something.
